What Happens at Red Riot?
Red Riot is the perfect chance for you to get a feel for SUU - campus, student life, academics, everything! If you want clarity on where to go to college and truly experience campus life before committing, attending a Red Riot is the place for you. See a Sample Schedule.
Your Red Riot will include:
- Tickets to SUU events (if an event is scheduled)
- Scholarship advising
- T-shirt to remember the event
- Tour of campus
- Dinner
- Information about classes
We are very excited for our Red Riot events to return to our traditional 2-day overnight event. Be aware that we are closely monitoring any updates on the COVID-19 pandemic and how it is affecting the health of our campus community. Review our schedule for more details on the event. We do ask that you reschedule your Red Riot overnight if you are experiencing any type of sickness symptoms and closely monitor your health as your selected event date approaches. Please also check our packing list of what we suggest you bring.

Sign the waiver
Waiver must be filled out and turned in at the beginning of the event. Review and fill out the Red Riot waiver.
Parents at Red Riot
Parents are invited to attend a customized parent information session and campus tour on Friday of the Overnight. No lodging arrangements can be made for parents in University Housing. Discounts for local hotels can be found through Parent Services.
